One of the things you need to consider to blog effectively is Technorati. Specifically, you need to know how to make it work to your advantage especially if you have plans on monetizing your blog.
At first, I was confused on how the system works and my ranking was stuck for months. Now its slowly going down (the lower the number is better) and I hope the trend will continue.

I’m not sure how many of you are having this problem but Google says it has fixed a problem that was causing Windows Mobile phone users to receive blank Gmail messages. I didn’t encounter any problems retrieving my emails since I am using a phone powered by Symbian. Anyway if you did encounter a problem with your GMail account, it should be working fine by now.
In October, Google began supporting IMAP for Gmail. That means messages that mobile users send or receive from their phones are synced with their Gmail accounts, appearing the next time users access their accounts from a computer. But shortly after the announcement, Windows Mobile users began complaining in online forums about problems.

Yesterday, I was checking the Page Rank of my site which is just 3/10. I have plans to optimize the site to make it more search engine friendly and somehow increase its ranking in Google.
Now, while blog hopping a couple of hours ago, I noticed my page rank went up to 5/10. Not that I don’t want my PR rating to go up but a sudden change from 3 to 5 surprised me.
