New Theme – Another Theme Reboot
Posted on | January 31, 2008 | 5 Comments
If you haven’t notice yet, my blog is now sporting a new look since last week. After a couple of days of customizing the CSS and PHP scripts, I finally decided to launch the new theme. My blog is now back with the blue and white look which is quite similar to the theme I use last year. Unfortunately, I had to change that theme last 3 (or 4?) months ago because of some incompatibility issues after upgrading to Wordpress 2.3.
My blog is now running a modified Mandigo theme by Tom and I’m happy to say that I’m quite satisfied with the outcome especially after the work I did with the customizations. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank a friend, Wel, for helping me out on customizing this theme.
With the new theme, I also upgraded the Wordpress core files and some old plugins. I also made changes on my About and Links page and will upload some new pictures on my photo gallery this (maybe) weekend. The new year started great for me and now I’m hoping that I could post on a regular basis after this theme reboot.
For now, feedbacks about the new theme is appreciated. Cheers!

Thank you for droppin’ by my site!
You’re site’s great! I’m kinda not sure if I should update my Wordpress with the latest version. Fear of major customization and not sure if my theme will work with the latest.
Regards!

Thanks Ruthie!
I suggest on using an offline version of Wordpress 2.3 and test it to make sure that it won’t break your plugins and current theme.
